To face with the shortage of 06 numbers for mobile subscription, the 07  prefix will be used for future mobile customers. Orange and Bouygues Telecom should take the first step in proposing this new numbering from the beginning of May.

Here we are ! Orange will launch its 3G+ network in the beginning of 2010. Its network will run to 14.4 Mbps
instead of 7.2 Mbps.
It will begin with Paris and La Defense then it will be Bordeaux, Grenoble, Lens, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, Strasbourg, Toulon and Toulouse in the second half of 2010.
Remember that this is very theoretical and in the best possible conditions.
For the moment only the “Business Everywhere” package users should be eligible for the boost (of course you’ll need a compatible smartphone).
